Welcome to Chosen

Welcome to Chosen, a mini tribute created by Victoria of the Crusade Network. In the beginning, Buffy The Vampire Slayer had a small, but loyal audience. The core fans knew something wonderful and different was being created, and as its popularity slowly grew, critics started calling Buffy the coolest new show on television. Due to my extreme interest in the show and all seven seasons, I decided to create this small shrine to miss Buffy Summers, herself. She is a strong, determined, fierce but emotional young woman that so many teenagers can identify with, including myself (at the time). This place is generally static, but I do try to update every once in a while. Much thanks to any visitors out there, really! ♥

Into each generation a Slayer is born. One girl in all the world, a Chosen One. One born with the strength and skill to fight the vampires, to stop the spread of their evil and the swell of their numbers.

Buffy is sixteen years old and is the Chosen One. She had a bad reputation at her old school in Los Angeles because she had burned the gym down in order to kill vampires. When the series begins, Buffy and her mom just want a fresh start in their new, suburban California home, where the good part of town is half a block away from the bad part of town. In her new high school, Buffy meets an eccentric librarian who knows that Buffy is destined. At first, the librarian scares her away by showing her a book about vampires, but then she returns to the library, knowing that the librarian can help her out with fighting off vampires and other supernatural creatures.
